1. All orders made via telephone will be verified by correspondence from our company via an electronic mail to you. Once the order has been verified, delivery or collection of items will be arranged.
2. Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) and Cash Upon Collection (C.U.C) are currently the two options for payment.
3. Delivery option
The delivery option is available for all purchases $50 and over. Delivery is made in 2-3 working days. Exact change is requested upon delivery.
4. Collection option
Items may be collected no later than 3 days after order has been placed. Exact total is requested upon collection of merchandise.
5. Changes to order
Changes to order can be made no later than 24 hours after order has been placed. Please understand that changes are not allowed upon delivery or collection of items.
6. Cancellation of order
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of processing.
